Training: Comprehensive initial training in includes five (5) days of combined classroom-style training covering all facets of operations along with hands-on training in planning/consulting an actual wedding or other event. Additionally, three (3) to four (4) days of field training is given in the franchisee's territory and includes being accompanied on visits to local suppliers and vendors. Ongoing support includes monthly conference calls, newsletters, special programs and annual franchisee convention.
